Certification Information

Meeting and cut off dates:

The next OCB meeting is scheduled for November 13 & 14. Certification and re-certification requests must reach the OCB office before November 6.

As well the following meeting dates have been tentatively scheduled:

Jan 22 and 23, 2010
March 19 and 20, 2010
May 14 and 15, 2010
June 25 and 26, 2010
Sept 17 and 18, 2010
Nov 26 and 27, 2010

Cut-off is always one week before the meeting date.

Notice: Effective January 1, 2009 application AND renewal fees will increase from $130.00 to $150.00. The fee has remained at $130.00 since the board began in 2000, this increase has been set to sustain the board into the future.
