SWWA is dedicated to the professional operation and maintenance of water and wastewater facilities.
The SWWA is an organization made up of persons involved in the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of water and wastewater systems, and their related components. Types of members range from the village maintenance person, to the town public works employee, to the full-time water or wastewater plant operator or manager.
It also includes various technical staff and suppliers who are interested in efficient operation of our water and wastewater systems.
The operator training program, the specialty seminars, and the annual conference key in on water and waste water related topics and problems experienced by everyone at some time. And members are offered reduced registration fees!
SWWA publishes “The Pipeline” its member newsletter, quarterly to keep members informed of the latest news from the Association, and events in the province and elsewhere. (Back issues of The Pipeline are now listed under the Pipeline Archives).
If you have any operational problems, there are many members and services to which you can turn for advice or assistance.
