The 2010 SWWA Conference and Trade Show is rapidly approaching and it is now time to pre-book your booths. We will once again be using the Salon areas of the TCU Place. This large area enables us to offer space for 100 booths of equal size.
As always trade show registrations and details will be mailed to suppliers in early May. It is my suggestion to get your booths booked as soon as possible as the booth spaces are assigned on a firstcome, first-served basis. Payment for reserved booths MUST be received within two weeks after confirmation has been sent from the SWWA Office. If payment has not been received during the two weeks the booth will be released back into the unreserved category.
This will again be another great opportunity for the conference delegates to learn firsthand about new and existing equipment and services provided to our ever changing Industry.
I personally look forward to seeing everyone in November.
