2011 Supplier Trade Show Registration (For Suppliers with a booth at Trade Show)

The delegate conference package includes all conference events. Extra tickets are available for those delegates who are bringing spouses and wish to have them attend the conference banquet, meal packages, or the spouse program.

Please Note: The ONLY way in which to register for SWWA events is to send your registration along with payment to the SWWA Office Address.

Faxed registrations or registrations sent by email do not register individuals for SWWA events – SWWA policy is to accept registrations by mail with cheques. We do not take credit cards at this time.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds for registered SWWA events will be granted with two (2) weeks notice of the scheduled event. In the case of an emergency please contact the SWWA office immediately if unable to attend an event for which you are registered.

A limited number “conference rate” rooms are available until October 1.
