My name is Karlis Van Caeseele.

I have worked in this industry for 14 years and in that short time there have been a lot of changes, especially with the implementation of certification.

Working for a smaller centre means you handle everything from water and wastewater issues to snow removal, etc.

Being on the SWWA board has been very rewarding as, hopefully, we are helping the industry move forward. I have made many new friends through this experience, and look forward to making more. One thing I have learned by networking with fellow operators is we all have similar issues.
