Membership Applications

2011 memberships expire December 31, 2011. Member renewals must be received prior to January 1, 2012 to receive the January 2012 Pipeline Newsletter.

Suppliers are reminded to use the Supplier Membership form – all others should use the Regular Membership form.

Use this form if you are: a Regular member: A VOTING member of SWWA and is an employee involved in the Operation and Maintenance of water and/or wastewater systems within Saskatchewan. an Agency member: A NON-VOTING member of SWWA and is not employed in the Operation and Maintenance of water and/or wastewater systems, but has an interest in this field.	Use this form if you are: a Supplier member: a NON-VOTING member of SWWA and is a company and/or person in the business of supplying goods and/or services to the water and/or wastewater industry. and/or wish to use the supplier advertising options available for the Pipeline Newsletter and SWWA website.

Please Note: The ONLY way in which to apply for SWWA membership is to send your application along with payment to the SWWA Office.

Member registrations sent by electronic methods (fax or email) are not accepted. SWWA policy is to accept registrations by mail with cheques. We do not accept credit cards at this time.
