2. Aesthetic Quality of Finished Product. (Consistently producing the best possible quality of water the water/wastewater plant allows.)

3. Adherence to Legislative Requirement (Water samples tested regularly, meets min/max requirements of water quality guidelines.)

4. Water/Wastewater Records (Records kept up to date, such as inventory, maintenance, operation logs, lab results, etc.)

5. Preventative Maintenance Schedules (Maintenance performed when scheduled, reviewed and revised annually to meet changing requirements.)

6. That "Extra Mile" Service to the Community (Willing to work "above and beyond the call of duty")
