Use the calendar below for upcoming SWWA events.

The Annual SWWA Conference & Tradeshow will be held Nov. 1 to Nov. 3, 2023. A networking event will be held on Oct. 31. All conference registration includes a banquet ticket and the meals that happen at the conference.

The Tradeshow will take place Nov.1 from 4:00pm till 8:30pm and Nov. 2 from 11am till 1:00pm. Each booth includes: 2 reps, meals for the Thursday breakfast & lunch and finger foods and beverages on the tradeshow floor.

Call for papers is now open - please submit your abstract and bio for consideration to office@swwa.ca by March 1, 2023.

Walkup registration will be open at the event but will be closed as of Midnight till Oct. 31 at the pre-registration event.

Location: TCU Place - Front Entrance

Stop by and pickup your registration package. Walk ups will also be registered during this time.

Annual SWWA Conference

Time: All Day
Location: TCU Place, Saskatoon, SK.

The conference will start with registration at 7am for those picking up packages and for those walking up.

Trade Show

Time: 4:00 pm - 8:30 pm

The annual Trade Show opens at 4pm all exhibitors are expected to be in their booths and booths setup for 4pm.

The show ends at 8:30pm and reopens Thursday at 11am till 1pm
