2021 SWWA Conference

The annual event is scheduled to be held Nov. 3rd to the 5th.

Registration opens March 1, 2021

  • All conference registration is now done online - you will need to login with your member id if you are not sure if you have an id enter your email address and ask for a password reset.
    • We have recently upgraded our website and if you were using the same email for everyone in your group the password reset will let you know which one is registered with that email - all members are required to have their own email address.
  • If your community does not have a credit card please contact Calle at the SWWA office to set up an alternate payment option.

If you were registered for the 2020 cancelled event and received a credit please contact Calle and she will register you.

The conference attendees are eligible to earn 1.2 CEU's if they attend and meet all the requirements as laid out. For more information on what is required please review the first time conference goer document

What's included in the conference fee? Wednesday lunch, finger foodWednesday evening on the tradeshow floor, Thursday Breakfast, Thursday lunch, Thursday Banquet Supper, Friday breakfast and lunch.

What happens if someone is unable to attend the event?
Refunds are given up to two weeks prior to the event after that a credit is issued for any notification received after the two week prior deadline.

Can a registered attendee be replaced if unable to attend?
The deadline for replacements is Oct. 31 and any name received after Oct. 10 will not receive a printed nametag. You must register the replacement through the SWWA office.

PLEASE NOTE: If you send someone in place of a registered attendee to the event they will be given a nametag but will be using the person's package they are replacing. Once the event is over they will be asked to send the certificate they got stamped into the office so a replacement in their name can be sent out, they will also be asked to contact the office so the system can be updated with their information for the event rather than the person who was scheduled to attend.

The hotel information for the event will be posted early 2021.
