Tradeshow Booth Registration

The 41st Annual SWWA Conference Trade Show - Nov. 1 - Nov. 2, 2023

All booths are 10x6 and include an electrical outlet. Two complimentary Rep passes are included with each booth as well as the Thursday breakfast and lunch and all food and drink on the trade show floor. Banquet tickets are extra.

Online Booth Rep Registration & Extra Pass Purchases *NEW*
You can now register your booth rep information and purchase extras passes online!  Once you have checked out with your booth, a link will be available on your screen to register your reps.  This link can also be found on your receipt so you can always add this information or purchase extra passes at a later date.  Please note you will still be required to complete a cart check out for the two complimentary reps.

Rep Names can be added till Oct. 23 at noon and will then be closed.

Trade Show setup and move-in will be done through Showtime. A full Exhibitor package will be available early 2023. The Exhibitor Move In Schedule will be posted once all booths are sold.

Please note that the SWWA Office will not accept any shipments addressed to us for the show. All shipments are to be done through Showtime.
