Description

NEW - The dates have been changed to Jan. 20 & 21

Particles and ions exist in both surface and ground water sources, and over a wide pore size or molecular weight range. Filtration and ultrafiltration are two main methods used to remove both insoluble and soluble constituents. There are several process or technology options available for treatment, the specific water quality in the application will help narrow down the best alternatives. Treated water quality targets, energy and water efficiency, cost, footprint and other factors all factor in the ultimate solution decision. Delco has operated as a water treatment solution and equipment integrator since 1994, this presentation will go into detail of our Western Canada references.

Delco has experience treating water with many types of filtration. During this presentation, Delco will give an over on the media and filtration technologies listed below.

1. Expanded Clay Media Filtration
2. Biological Filtration
3. Greensand Filtration
4. Conventional Filtration
5. Ultrafiltration
6. Ion Exchange
